FH: Homozygous Familial Hypercholesterolemia

Homozygous familial hypercholesterolemia (HoFH) is a rare form of familial hypercholesterolemia (FH). It causes dangerously high levels of low-density lipoprotein (LDL) cholesterol – the "bad" cholesterol.
