CardioSmart has partnered with Mended Hearts to offer, “Managing Heart Failure: A Program for Patients and Caregivers.” This program will feature information on the importance of managing heart failure, including lifestyle changes, treatment options and medication. In addition, the program will focus on the significant role of the caregiver

Lunch and parking validation will be provided. This program is free and open to the public. If you have any questions, please email cardiosmartlive@acc.org or call 202-375-6251.
