How to Enter
Email your story and a photo to jjpierre@acc.org by Nov. 30, 2017. Testimonials should be 500 words or fewer. Four winners with stories that inspire and motivate others will be selected by the CardioSmart team and notified no later than Dec. 18, 2017.
Each of the four “I am CardioSmart” winners will receive a $100 Amazon gift card and will have their stories profiled in Cardiology magazine. All winners also will be featured on CardioSmart's Facebook page and website to inspire other patients to partner with their care team and take charge of their heart health. American College of Cardiology employees and family members are not eligible to participate. See the contest Official Rules for details.
