The ACC Quality Improvement for Institutions Program offers many tools and resources for hospitals.
Hospitals participating in the NCDR and interested in demonstrating their commitment to quality improvement through ACC’s Public Reporting efforts must submit a Data Release Consent Form for each registry (CathPCI Registry®, Chest Pain - MI Registry™ and/or EP Device Implant Registry™, formerly the ICD Registry™). Hospitals Earning ACC Accreditation
ACC Accreditation Services helps hospitals; health systems; and other facilities, such as ambulatory surgery centers, and freestanding emergency departments, improve cardiovascular care and outcomes through thoughtful collaboration and dedication to quality improvement.
ACC Accreditation Services helps cardiovascular teams identify gaps in care and implement more efficient methods that lead to improved patient care. For a complete list of participating hospitals, review the user guide and download the .csv file.
Hospitals that receive an ACC Accreditation, HeartCARE Center designation or Transcatheter Valve Certification have demonstrated their commitment to providing exceptional cardiovascular care.
