For Hospitals

The ACC Quality Improvement for Institutions Program offers many tools and resources for hospitals.

Hospitals participating in the NCDR and interested in demonstrating their commitment to quality improvement through ACC’s Public Reporting efforts must submit a Data Release Consent Form for each registry (CathPCI Registry®, Chest Pain - MI Registry™ and/or ICD Registry™). Further details about the consenting process and overall program content can be found here.
