Did you know that May is National Bike Month? That's right, it's time to “spring” into action! Riding a bike—whether out in the open, in the comfort of a gym, or as part of cardiac rehab—is a fun way to get some exercise. And regular physical activity, such as biking, is one of the most important preventative measures we can take for our heart health. Are you ready to pedal your way to a healthier heart this month?
To take this challenge, hit your local trails or hop on a stationary bike as often as possible and make at least 10 entries this month in your CardioSmart physical activity tracker. Click on the "Take the Challenge" button on the top right to get started!
