While it’s been a very cold winter for most, spring is just around the corner. As the weather improves—fingers crossed—let's head outside or to a gym and get moving. Physical activity lowers blood pressure and cholesterol and helps maintain a healthy weight. And just 30 minutes of moderate-intensity exercise five days a week can make a big difference.
