In fact, just 30 minutes of moderate-intensity exercise five days a week can be enough to keep you heart-healthy and looking and feeling your best. With that in mind, let's strive for 30 minutes of active living for 30 days this August! And if you need help remembering to make entries, set up an email reminder via CardioSmart.
